Delightful Growth-RX!

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

I was sitting on my couch thinking about how much better I felt about my body and about myself when I was in my twenties. I had a lean body, and I loved to work out. I’m not going to say that I was a supermodel or anything, but women definitely used to check me out when I walked by, and I got my share of girlfriends back then. Whenever I went to a gym or a beach, I’d always have women looking me over, and I used to love that feeling of getting that attention and feeling the rush of exercising hard.
Even though it wasn’t all that many years ago, depending on how you look at it, my body just wasn’t close to being up to the level of fitness that it was at then. I felt like all I ever did in my free time was sit on the sofa, and no one was checking me out there, that’s for sure. When it dawned on me that I didn’t even want women to see how unfit I was now, that’s when I started to really feel uneasy about it all. It was as though Father Time had played a trick on me and it was still me, but in a different body.
He said he’d been using Growth RX, and that I ought to go online and find Growth RX reviews. His body had definitely been transformed over the previous few months or so, so I told him that I wanted to know if this was the reason for it, and he informed me that this was in fact the reason. I figured I might as well check it out.
And it definitely was worth looking into. I investigated the delightful Growth-Rx thoroughly. The testimonials were quite impressive, and that made me check out the ingredients, too. I don’t like to pour things into my body that aren’t made of natural ingredients, but this stuff was made of natural ingredients, so I was ok there. The benefits it claimed to have weren’t just building muscle mass, but also increasing energy and reducing muscle recovery time, along with helping to lower body fat levels, so I chose to give it a shot.
It really had an awesome impact on me. I can put on pants and shorts that have been sitting in my closet unworn for more years than I care to think about. The muscles in my arms and legs quickly became more defined. I was able to step up my work-outs considerably, and I don’t know if that was because my body was recovering so fast from the lifting I was doing or because I had so much more energy. I had dreamed so often of what it would be like to have the body that I did when I was twenty, and now I was getting to where that was actually beginning to happen. It was great to know that my body was being taken care of, and that definitely had a positive impact on me psychologically as well.
As you can imagine, when I caught a much younger woman in her prime checking me out from head to toe at the grocery store recently, I felt like I was back on top of the world. I just smiled to myself and let her look. With Growth Rx helping me meet my fitness goals, I knew that wouldn’t be the last time that some young, buxom brunette would be checking me out. I’ll still lay on the futon and take it easy, but I’ll have someone to relax with from now on.

Delightful dress handkerchief

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

Being my first time being married, I wanted to plan a picture perfect wedding shower. I needed assistance in planning my wedding and talked to my sister to see if she could help me with the planning. She said yes and was as happy as I was. I know there is a lot of work to be done when planning a shower and I was eager to get started. This was not my first time planning a shower and I knew how great my shower would be. There was not a whole lot of time for me to plan my shower and I thought I better get started soon.
My sister and I looked for a hall big enough to fit all of my guests. We found one and it was near my house. We started looking on the web for decorations and gifts. We saw so many themed wedding shower ideas that were cute. I bought all my decorations and gifts for the shower. Our next step was to find shower favors. There was a big variety to choose from. This took some time to figure which one I wanted because they had so many to choose from. We saw a handkerchief that was so elegant, that I decided this is what I want to give my guests for a wedding favor. I thought I could purchase one for me and have it on me the day I get married. I seen a delightful dress handkerchief that was so beautiful. I was so sure that all my guests would fall in love with the ladies handkerchiefs. My decision was to pick the lace handkerchief for my guests.
All my plans we going well. We had the hall and ordered all the decorations, gifts and wedding favors. I needed to figure out what kind of food I was going to have at my shower. I looked into catering and found out that it was costly. I looked through all my recipes and found some great dishes that I and my sister could make in no time. Our local bakery makes cakes for showers, so that is who we ordered it from. All the planning was finished. I found these great invitations and sent them out. Now it was a waiting game, waiting for the day of the shower.
My shower day was here and me and my sister went to the hall early to set everything up. We had the hall decorated in no time. When we were done decorating the room, we couldn’t get over how awesome the room looked. I even took pictures to remember how it looked. We decorated the tables with a centerpiece and put the cake on the food table. We put a cotton handkerchief at each setting. The minute you saw the room, you would say how beautiful it looked.
I had such a good time with my family and friends after they arrived. We all had such a good time. We had fun playing games and eating. I heard throughout the shower that my guests liked receiving the handkerchief as a gift. I received so many gifts from all my family and friends. The shower was coming to a end and I wanted it not to end, because we were all having a good time.
At the end of the shower and when everybody was going home, my guest told me that they really loved the handkerchief. I am so glad I went with the handkerchief for the wedding favor. This day turned out so good and will be remembered for a life time. I am glad that my sister was so helpful in planning the shower with me. It meant so much to me that she was a part of this.|It made me feel good that she was by my side through this.|She really touched my heart during this.[/spin] That’s why I asked her to be my maid of honor.

Delightful hearts wedding favors!

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

The couple picked out a heart wedding for their choice of décor, and what they did with it was spectacular. Everything that had anything to do with the wedding had a heart design, the invites and gifts and everything. The delightful heart weddings they sent out had a couple of silver hearts on the outside with the scheduling and contact information all printed so that it was right there when you opened it up. With the silver on them, they were rather striking. Even their unity candle for the ceremony had two little hearts hanging in front, and there were gorgeous candle holders for the unity candle and the tapered candles as well. The altar looked fabulous with all the lovely flower bouquets and the candle setting. The tulle was strung from pew to pew, with little hearts on the pews as well. The fact that they tied the knot on Valentine’s Day no doubt had something to do with the whole hearts idea. The bride was so beautiful that you couldn’t take your eyes off of her, and she was the center of an unforgettable ceremony.
At the reception there were hearts and flowers everywhere you looked. The silver hearts wedding theme carried over to the place cards holders at the reception tables, and they complimented the red and white rose centerpieces beautifully. The wine glasses and champagne glasses made the tables sparkle. The bride arranged the tables beautifully. The champagne flutes were long stemmed crystal and the wine glasses were personalized with the names of the bride and groom and the date of their wedding. The champagne glasses on bride and groom table were really something special. It was very much like the silver hearts wedding invitation they sent out; it was a silver double hearts wedding champagne glass for each of them.
The hearts wedding cake they had made had five layers and it was delicious. It looked as good as it tasted. Maybe the one place in the whole wedding where there wasn’t a heart was at the top of the cake, where they had a customized miniature replica of the bride and groom that looked exactly like them. The wedding cake topper was special, the only one of that type I’ve ever been exposed to. She said she bought it at a wedding website where she got all of her accessories and reception supplies. They apparently do customizing on wedding toppers, and all she had to do was send in photos of her and her fiance and they made the special cake topper couple. I’m sure they’ll treasure that forever.
In the end, we gave a hearts wedding cake to all of the guests. First there was a lovely votive candle holder and also coffee favors decorated in a groom package for the men and a bride package for the ladies, with little heart shaped coffee scoops. It struck me as a neat pair of gifts to give everyone. Come to think of it, their entire wedding day was filled with sharp ideas they had. I know hearts are the a perfect choice for a Valentines Day wedding, but I was impressed with all the gorgeous decorations and accessories she found for everything. I really thought the wedding cake topper was the most awesome of all. That’s a great idea for a birthday or any other happy celebration. She told me they have supplies and decorations for many events, and promised to show me where she shopped. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. I’m sure the bride and groom are having a great week in Mexico too. I can’t wait until they return and I can see all the pictures she took, listen to all the stories of the fabulous places they saw and things they did. The pictures she showed me on the brochures were fantastic.

Delightful duck baby shower

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

Kids need bathtub toys, and Sesame Street’s Ernie even sang a song about one of the classics, a tune called ‘Rubber Duckie You’re the One.’ It seemed like a longshot, but I checked to see if there were any duck baby shower available anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. I got so many great ideas over the net, and finding adorable little accessories and supplies to go with a duck baby shower was easier than I had expected. There are a lot of adorable little duck favors and decorations to be found on the internet for baby showers and even toddler birthday parties.
The den in my basement was big enough to hold everyone, so I put tables down there with seating for four people. I put baby shower gifts in one corner, and then at the opposite end of the den was a table with appetizers, drinks, deserts, and a layered cake in the form of a rubber ducky and the words baby girl written on it. Each had a poster or two of Mickey Mouse or one of his friends; the ones of Daffy Duck and Daisy Duck were enormous.
The place card holders I bought and put out at the shower were miniature pink picture frames that had a little ducky in each of the corners. The punch bowl had ducks painted all over it, as did the plates, napkins, glasses, and favor candles that each guest received as a gift. I bought a bathtub for an infant that was in the form of a duck at a local retail place, and I put the punch bowl inside of it. When you looked at it, you just wanted to say, ‘aww, how sweet.’ I also bought duck molds and filled them with yellow colored water for duck shaped ice cubes. Believe me, it was the most ducks you’ve ever seen in one place at one time.
On the world wide web, I found a bunch of great ideas, and that’s pretty much where I found everything I needed, but I did get a few recommendations from some of the people at my school. That’s where I found such cute little duck shower favors, like the delightful little duck favor bookmarks and candle holders. We used them as prizes for the contests we had at the baby shower, and all of the guests adored them.
I put some rubber duckies in a large, square-shaped, makeshift tub that I filled with water before anyone got to the shower yet. Every duck had a number on the under side of it, and every guest grabbed one duck out of the tub as they walked in. A couple of hours into the shower, I picked a number out of a jar, and the person with that numbered duck received an award. Another fun thing we did was when we tried to match each person to a photo of her that was taken when she was a baby. The guests were told in advance to take a baby picture of theirs to the shower with them, and then we put them all on a board and put the board in the front of the room. All of the people at the shower got a good look at all of the pictures on the board, and then they sat down and attempted to guess who was in what picture. The one with the most correct matches won a prize.
Everyone enjoyed themselves, and the new mommy picked up quite a pile of wonderul presents for her baby girl. I’m so glad I found this idea for the baby shower online. I pulled off one heck of a baby shower, even though it seemed pretty far-fetched at first. The duck theme really was a cute idea.

Delightful ceramic wedding favors

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

When you are planning a wedding and reception I think the hardest part is trying to find the perfect wedding favor for your guests. There is choices like practical gifts that they can use at home, crystal gifts or maybe even ceramic wedding favors figurines. No matter which you consider, you’ll find more than enough to choose from.
I’m planning a themed wedding in a country western motif, and I’ve found quite a few exceptional ceramic favors to work with. Favors made of ceramic are perfect for any wedding you want to have. While looking through all the possible wedding favors I spotted an adorable little black ceramic wedding tray made especially for the little tea caddys that came with it. Some of the selection I checked out were tea lights, flower vases, and candle holders that would make awesome ceramic wedding gifts. In fact, there were so many to choose from, and like I said before, gift shopping is the hardest part of planning a wedding, so, I saved that for last.
So, I decided to start with the decorations for my reception tables first. Since this was a country western motif, all my tables were picnic tables with checked tablecloths and a little metal bucket full of daisies was the centerpieces. I gave the barbecue grill place card holders be an extra little keepsake of our reception, to the guests after the party. Since we were having a family cookout instead of having our party catered, I thought the little grills were a nice added touch. To have the feel of the old west, we added little miniature cowboy hats for everyone’s place setting and set out cowboy boot shaped glasses for them to drink from. I chose the really lovely honey pots and dippers, with a heart on the end on their handles, as the ceramic wedding favors for our guests, instead of the tea caddy I saw earlier. I felt they worked out better for a country western theme and I really liked the way they looked. There were also beautiful candle holders that would have made a terrific ceramic wedding for our guests, and I almost decided on that. Not only did our reception tables look like an authentic down home celebration, but all the rest of the accessories we had for our reception was perfect too.
With the haystacks we set up and the white lights twinkled in the trees, it was the epitome of a country wedding. Talk about a western themed wedding cake topper, ours was one of a cowgirl hog tying her groom and probably taking him to the preacher. Our wedding cake topper was the hit of the evening, everyone loves a good laugh. In fact there were lots of laughs through the whole reception, with all the dancing and partying that was going on, we were all having a fantastic time. We even managed to have a hayride arranged for everyone, and that really went over big time, especially with the kids.
All of the people that were in our wedding ceremony got little gifts from us, like our bridesmaids and groomsmen. I bought for the ladies in my wedding party and my fiance chose the guys gifts, which were delightful little ceramic favors for the girls and really neat looking cowboy steins for the guys. As far as a gift for our ring boy and flower girl, we found adorable little tee shirts that said ‘flower girl’ and ring bearer’on them. Everyone seemed to be happy with the thank you gifts we chose for them.
I also bought a few extras for myself, like a sharp little western themed guestbook and pen, picture album and I even ordered a cowboy hat for me and my husband that said bride and groom on them. I thought this would turn out great, but it was way more better than I had imagined, what a super party we had.

Cool memory book!

Monday, May 11th, 2009

Sometimes, we wish a day would last forever, and that we never forget those days. If only the bridal or baby showers that family and friends gave you , or your wedding day could go on forever; That’s why my wedding memory books are some of the most treasured items in our home. I have one photo memory book devoted to the bridal shower my sister put on for me with some of my friends. We took a lot of pictures that serve as radiant reminders of what a fabulous night that was. I’ve got pictures of the lovely decorations they had for my party and all the places we went that night, and all the fun things we did. The camera doesn’t lie: we had a blast. We went to a spot where there were male dancers and snapped a few photos there. They didn’t have any trouble holding our attention. That is definitely a night I’ll never forget, that was the first and only time I’ve ever been to a place that had male dancers. They may not have been in Playgirl, but they were definitely worth seeing.
In addition I felt it was unique to have a cool memory book. We had no shortage of pictures to put in it. In fact I knew to buy a couple of them, so I’d have enough space for all the pictures. Once the books were full, I still had pictures left over. There were also pages for our guests signatures in one of the albums. They were both lovely personalized memory books with my first initial on the left, the initial of our last name, and on the right my husbands first initial. The ribbon made of satin and the special fabric made the album have a very classy touch. We had to get more pages for them, and they offer a supply for that too.
A lot of life-changing events are recorded in my photo albums. I don’t throw out my keepsake memory books, so I’m sure I’ll accumulate more and more. Right now, I have my bachelorette book, my wedding book and my baby shower books. My boy is one year old and my daughter’s about to turn three. My son has a blue book and my daughter has a pink one; we got the right colors because we found out what they’d be before they were born. All of their momentous occasions are recorded in there, such as their first steps and baptisms. The baby memory books have pictures, handprints, and birth certificates stored there, too. I slipped an official invitation from the showers and wedding in each album as well. I have so many memories stored in our closet that I could probably start my own picture gallery.
I intend to keep the memories of those wonderful days alive for the rest of my life, and I plan on keeping my memory books in the closet, no matter how much my husband keeps complaining. But all that is about to change soon, because I’m clearing a couple of shelves in the family room for all the home movies that I’ll be recording on the new camcorder I just bought. I’ll probably have to make a lot more room, considering all the memory books we have and the ones I’ll be collecting through the next few years, plus plenty of videos of the kids growing up. What can I say, my recollections of the past mean a lot to me. These are the most precious years in a mothers life and I’m not letting anything get by me.

Cool groom wedding gift

Monday, May 11th, 2009

Be it a subdued engagement party or a more risque bachelor or bachelorette party, there are going to be some bride and groom gifts given out. There are a lot of neat little gifts that you can give your bride and groom to be at these parties. I loved some of the stuff my hubby and I got. Of course plain old money works just fine, and that’s what our engagement party gifts consisted of for the most part, but there were a lot of more creative presents as well. Many of the presents we received from our friends and family were small items, like champagne for our wedding, gift cards, sports tickets, and theater tickets. A lot of our loved ones gave us presents, even though it was not required for engagement parties.
At my husbands bachelor party the guys bought him some cool tee shirts that had things printed on it like, how he survived his bachelor party and one that just said groom on the front. He got more than one groom wedding gift, including some wine bottles and a sun visor that said ‘Groom’ on it. He came home from the party with an inflatable doll and a ball and chain that he said they made him wear the whole time the party was going on. The guys had other funny and cool bride and groom wedding gifts they gave him, to ad to the merriment of his bachelor party. The bride gifts I received at my bachelorette party were sweet, although some were meant as gag gifts too. I got a beautiful evening bag made of white satin with a white ribbon across the top and under a lovely crystal button clasp. Inside the bag they had put little gifts like a manicure set, a girls night out tee shirt, a bride to be brooch and a few little necessities a girl likes to have with her. I loved this pillow they gave me which had the word ‘tonight’ embroidered on a side, and then you turned it over and it read ‘not tonight’. It was certainly the most unique throw pillow I’ve ever seen.
At our wedding reception there were no gag gifts, just very nice bride and groom wedding gifts from all of our friends and family. We did get extras, like a couple of extra toasters, two identical set of dishes, and more waffle irons than we’ll ever need, but that’s par for the course with such a large wedding. We filled out a bridal registry and we received a food processor and china from that, along with some other things I had written down. My mother- and father-in-law gave us a bar side set and a pool table, and my husband thought it was absolutely wonderful, and has already planned a get together with the guys. The plane tickets to get to the Greek Isles for our honeymoon came from my folks. Our family and other loved ones really gave us some outstanding wedding presents.
They are what helped to make our day so special, just being there to share it with us, meant the world to both of us. They were with us every step of the way, from our engagement party to the wedding and to the reception dinner. Being surrounded with great, supportive people like them is what makes life so much more enjoyable. It also helps to have friends that care enough to throw you a wild night with a bachelor party or a mind trippin girls night out bash. With friends like that around, your life will be anything but boring. The magnitude of our gratefulness for having them as friends, along with the most fantastic families, just cannot be expressed in something as small as a thank you note.

Cool Party Invitation!

Monday, May 11th, 2009

I’m giving my best friend a bridal shower and before I even got started I sat down and made a list of all the things I needed to buy for the party. The first priority was finding a graduation party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. That was the right thing to do. The prices and selection were both better than I expected. The price I paid on some things were almost criminal. The bridal shower invitations were really nice with silver writing on the front and pearl embossed borders. It wasn’t a place that specialized in bridal acessories, either; they had basic party invitations and cool engagement party invitations, too, along with other things.
There were some great little accessories for my shower too, like place card holders for all the little tables I had set up. Another item I picked out for the bride was a sign-in book for guests so that she could keep track of who gave her what gifts easily. There was also a cute idea for a place card holder that I really liked. Pink lilies adorned the place cards I picked out, and each guest received brightly-wrapped candies in a small plastic purse. Next to the other decorations and presents, they were a real eye-catcher. There’s no type of party that doesn’t have a gift box designed for it. Flower decorations were on the containers I picked out, and I put them all on a serving dish on the table that held the gifts. It was a good-looking way to set it up, and everyone there just came by and grabbed a gift. I picked out a few kinckknacks as awards for winning the bridal shower activities we were going to play, and the thank you presents were sets that had everything you’d need to give a manicure. I found some random things to hand out as awards, such as unique key rings, little vanity mirrors, and special soaps.
I went online and got some great game ideas for the party too. In the the game ‘Take It Off,’ each person put a bag over their head and they have to take off one piece of clothing when the leader of the game tells them to, and it doesn’t occur to all of the women to take of the bag; it’s very amusing to watch. That is a funny experience you’ll never forget. We also played bridal bingo and a couple other funny games. Looking online saved me a ton of money and exposed me to a lot of options I, otherwise, wouldn’t have known anything about. The favors and invitations I bought were a bargain. Not only did I get high quality accessories, but they didn’t cost me half of what I had expected to pay for it all, and there were so many options to choose from. This site I found also has wedding invitations and favors, so I made it a point to inform my friend who was getting married about it, since I was sure she would want to know about this place. She’ll have a lot of options when she uses this site, and it will save her a pretty penny, which all newlyweds need. The shower was a hit because of them, I know that much. The attendees all adored their presents and had a wonderful time. Now that the party is over, I’m filling out the guest thank you cards thanking them for attending. Naturally, I bought the cards for thank yous over the Intenet as well. Now I have to go back online because I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party and they have quite a bit to offer there too.

Cool mikasa crystal

Monday, May 11th, 2009

All the reception tables were set up with cool mikasa crystal accessories at a wedding I attended last week. On every table were lovely mikasa wedding favors and mikasa crystal glasses. The bride decorated her whole wedding and all the reception tables with such excellent taste. The mikasa accessories she had really added sparkle and elegance to her already beautiful table settings.
The place cards rested on the tails of these very beautiful little silver doves. The centerpieces she chose really helped to bring out the beauty of her reception tables. A beautiful floral arrangement was placed around pillar candles as the centerpieces. Their choice of wedding favors were something to acknowledge too. Each one of us received beautiful mikasa crystal wedding favors. The beautiful mikasa crystal was packaged in such lovely favor boxes with nice little thank you hang tags attached.
Five layers of chocolate heaven with chocolate flavored cream cheese on each and every layer was the choice of wedding cakes they had. Their wedding cake topper was really extra special. Since she ordered most of her wedding supplies and decorations from an online wedding store, she decided to check out the cake toppers too, and found out they customize wedding cake toppers. All she had to do was send in a couple of head shots of her and her fiance and they customized bride and groom figurines that look exactly like the happy couple. They did a fantastic job capturing the faces of the bride and groom. I was determined to find out what the name of her online wedding store was so I could have them make up a cake topper like that for my mom and dads’ anniversary wedding.
I think one of the funniest part of this whole thing was when it was time for the garter toss. Seeing all those men as their excitement grew when the garter was being removed by the groom. As the garter flew through the air, they were all falling into each other as they tried desperately to grab it up. The funniest part though, is that the winner of the garter toss was a widower in his 70’s that didn’t even want to participate in the toss. As the old man walked off with the garter in hand he was smiling from ear to ear.
The champagne flutes we raised for the wedding toast had the names of the wedding couple and date of the wedding on them and we were given these flutes as extra little gifts. After the toast it was time for the bride and groom to take their place on the dance floor for their first dance together as husband and wife. Watching them dancing together, so elegantly, was so moving. The floor quickly filled up with couples right after the wedding couple finished their first dance. My poor feet suffered the consequences of my all night dancing.
Then it was time for the happy couple to leave the reception and begin their honeymoon, so everyone was yelling good bye and good luck. I found out from one of the other guests that they were going to Hawaii for their honeymoon. They’ll have a honeymoon to equal this fabulous wedding and reception. The rest of us partied until we couldn’t party no more.
A couple of weeks later, I received a thank you note from the bride and groom for the wedding gift and for attending. She must have sent out her thank you cards as soon as she got back from her honeymoon. I did manage to get the information on the website that she ordered everything for the mikasa crystal wedding from and the unique wedding cake topper too. So today, I’m placing my order for the special cake topper and other accessories for my parents special renewal ceremony and reception.

Cool jewelry boxes

Monday, May 11th, 2009

In my day, jewelry boxes were just a box that all the jewelry went in, but now, you can buy watch jewelry boxes, earring jewelry boxes and boxes that are specifically made for necklaces only. The boxes can be designed in a wide variety of ways. The women who stood up in my daughter’s wedding all got a jewelry box from her, and she picked one out for herself as well. In fact, she found even more than that when she went shopping online for all of her wedding accessories and reception supplies. All kinds of ideas are on there for weddings in a specific theme, or more standard, old-fashioned types of weddings. The décor my daughter and her groom went with had a fairy tale look and feel to it. She really did look like Cinderella at the ball in her lovely wedding gown and long veil, and I must admit my son in law looked just as good as Prince Charming in his stunning tux. It was a picturesque wedding. They left the wedding chapel in style, with a man in a tall white hat and long tails on his coat driving them away in a horse drawn carriage.
The reception had small white lights to add with the tulle that was draped above and tall flower vases scattered all about the room. Behind the bride and groom table was a floral arch of red and white roses and green foilage and there were beautiful flower bouquets on the reception tables with silver sparkles scattered about. The reception tables twinkled even more with the silver tea light dove place card holders she selected. All the lady guests received small jewelry boxes with sculpted flowers and little crystals to add to its beauty. The men were given little key chains with the well known frog prince as a charm. The wholesale jewelry boxes for the bridesmaids had black velvet-lined interiors and were made of wood and sliver-plated. My daughter and son in law had each of them engraved with the bride and grooms name and date of the wedding. The girls seemed to really like the thank you gift that my daughter picked out. It was a box like I used to have, I had no idea it was so affordable jewelry box, it was so expensive looking. The men each got a commemorative inscription in a small plaque and a set of wine related gifts. I thought that was pretty unique for a thank you gift.
The three-layered wedding cake they had was topped in debounair fashion with a small castle as the wedding cake topper. The cake knife set and champagne glasses meshed perfectly together with the cake. I couldn’t believe all the super accessories she got and it didn’t cost her anywhere near what I thought it would cost. They were firm about the fact that they did not want us to cover the bills from the wedding even though, as parents of the bride, we made it clear to them that we expected to pay for everything.
I felt the warm tears flow down my face as the two of them gracefully floated around the floor for their first dance. It truly looked like something out of a fairytale, just like the ball in the Cinderella story. We had a fantastic time at the reception and the garter toss was unbelievably funny, with all the guys pushing and shoving each other out of the way so they could be the one to catch Cinderellas garter. My baby girl’s fantasies were fulfilled on a glorious wedding day, with all of her close friends and family members to share it with. They are off on their honeymoon, and I’m certain that it will be every bit as fantastic as the wedding. When they return, I want a full description of all the wonderful places they visited while sight seeing.
