I couldn’t believe all the wedding supplies I needed to buy for my wedding ceremony and reception! I’m glad I listened to the girls at work, when they told me I better start my wedding shopping right away. I had no idea taking care of all our dresses and the guys tuxes would be easier than the rest. There was a lot more to do than I thought there was. First of all I had to get out the invitations for our western themed ceremony and reception party. With my wedding party supplies list in hand, I’d take it one item at a time, and then mark it off. First off, I needed to find the right decorations for our country themed reception. Instead of running from store to store, I took my friends suggestion and checked to see what there was online. To my surprise, they had more than I expected.
There were a lot of decorations for all sorts of themed weddings as well as my country themed accessories, right there online. Our tables looked so fantastic with the cute little place card holders I picked out. What better place card holders to have at a wedding reception cookout than little barbecue grills?
The metal campfire cups made great centerpiece vases for our wildflowers and wrapping western garland around each made them even more country. There were really super supplies for wedding for our wedding guests included in all the wedding reception supplies. They also had cowboy hats for the bride and groom that I decided to buy. Believe it or not, they also had terrific western champagne flutes for the bride and groom toast. We also had those old time lanterns and lots of white christmas lights strung outside over the reception tables. Our beautiful wedding cake with the old west cake topper really added to our bridal table. Anyone could have a great western wedding using all the selections of accessories and reception table décor they have. There was tiny cowboy hats for the tables, a gorgeous cake serving set, a wedding guest book and pen set, and a western style wedding album, which I dearly loved. It was so easy to get everything I needed for wedding and reception accessories when it was right there on my computer.
Obviously I couldn’t get the bales of hay, large barbecue grills and a few other things like that online, so I did have to do a little store shopping. Actually my fiance and his best friend picked up those items for me. They even made a super dance floor for the reception. Not only did we have the newly made dance floor, but a super country band to help us kick up our heels and a great selection of foods to eat. We had all types of salads, plus steaks and ribs, chicken and more for the grill. We all had a lot of fun.
I got a lot of compliments on our western décor idea, from some of our guests. Going online to search for accessories and décor ideas really paid off. What I liked the best, was the convenience of having them delivered right to my house and all I had to do was pick out what I wanted and order them. It really beats running all over the city looking for what I need for my wedding and reception. What was really a big help was the fact that I was able to find a lot of discount wedding supplies from their great selection.
