I was sitting on my couch thinking about how much better I felt about my body and about myself when I was in my twenties. I had a lean body, and I loved to work out. I’m not going to say that I was a supermodel or anything, but women definitely used to check me out when I walked by, and I got my share of girlfriends back then. As you can imagine, when I caught a much younger woman in her prime checking me out from head to toe at the grocery store recently, I felt like I was back on top of the world.
