I like to work out hard, and if the pros are many and the cons are few, and if it’s totally natural, I’ll look seriously into taking something to help me improve my work-out results. Saturday, May 16th, 2009I was sitting on my couch thinking about how much better I felt about my body and about myself when I was in my twenties. I had a lean body, and I loved to work out. I’m not going to say that I was a supermodel or anything, but women definitely used to check me out when I walked by, and I got my share of girlfriends back then. Whenever I went to a gym or a beach, I’d always have women looking me over, and I used to love that feeling of getting that attention and feeling the rush of exercising hard.
